Mainly used for sheet metal cutting (thickness 0.3mm-2mm). It can achieve the high speed (12000mm/min) and high accuracy cutting. Under a certain condition, it can replace laser cutting machine, yet the investment cost will be only 1/8 to 1/10 of laser cutting machine (and the subsequent running cost is more lower), it's quite popular during customers. When the machine cuts plate, the distance between cutting torch and steel plate keeps fixed because platen covers steel plate surface which greatly improved the cutting quality.
