Intelligent Profile Steel Cutting Production Line has the perfect standard auxiliary device. The whole machine structure is composed of uploading and downloading material transporting device, mechanical arm cutting center, protective sheet metal.
The CNC system adopts ECS CNC control system. ECS is the fastest processing speed CNC system which can do multi-axis motion control by EtherCAT bus communication. The communicated speed between CNC and PLC, Servo reached 100m/s, faster responding, higher precision. Standard friendly operation interface is convenient for customer to do developing, testing, diagnostic work maximally.
CAM system using BDCAM-A with the profile steel processing library and special graphic operation interface for square pipe, round pipe, angle steel, H beam steel, flat steel and others, quickly and easily.
Auxiliary system can choose the fume purification device, remote control device, pipe detective device.
