The intelligent section steel cutting production line has perfect standard auxiliary device. The whole machine mechanism is composed of feeding and unloading conveyor, cutting center of mechanical arm and protective sheet metal.
The electronic control system adopts ECS numerical control system. ECS is the fastest CNC system at present, which can control multi axis movement. It adopts EtherCAT bus communication, between CNC and PLC, servo, the communication speed is up to 100M / s, the response is faster and the accuracy is higher. The standard and friendly operation interface is convenient for users to develop, debug and diagnose.
Bdcam-a is used in the cam system, which has a complete macro drawing library of section steel processing. It is convenient and fast for the special graphic operation interface of square tube, round tube, angle steel, H section steel, flat steel, etc.
The auxiliary system can choose smoke and dust purification device, remote control equipment, tube detection equipment, etc.

1. Special robot CNC system, ECAT + CoDeSys can flexibly customize robot control process, open internal control program, strong secondary development ability, controllable core components and adjustable;

Adopting multi axis numerical control technology + high-speed real-time EtherCAT field bus, instead of the original simulation mode, the high-precision synchronous control of the equipment is realized; the software and hardware platform based on CoDeSys + A8 combines the EtherCAT real-time bus with the motion control algorithm to ensure the real-time control of the equipment;
3. With the application of absolute value encoder, the limit switch and origin switch are omitted, and the wiring is greatly saved while the fault point is reduced;
4. The intuitionistic and visualized open bus network configuration and perfect hardware equipment diagnosis function provide a strong guarantee for the convenience of user programming and debugging, the simplification of field operation process and the realization of factory automation;
